Questions about cubicles
On what does the price of washroom cubicles depend?
A: The cubicle price is determined by the selected material, system of fittings and built-in dimensions. Upon receipt of drawing documentation of the layout and design dimensions of system walls and specification of the system and type of board, the sale department prepares detailed quotations.
Is it possible to state the price of washroom cubicles per m2?
A: No, because the price per m2 is very inaccurate and could cause either significant overestimation or underestimation of the price. After obtaining the built-up design with dimensions, we prepare precise quotations, usually on the next day.
Which material for cubicles should I choose?
A: It depends on the conditions in the room. For “dry” rooms, we recommend MFC boards. For rooms with increased humidity, we recommend HPL built-ups.
Is shipment included in the price?
A: The shipping price is always stated separately from the product price. We accept that the customer might prefer to organise their shipment.
Is installation included in the price?
A: The installation cost is always stated separately from the product price. We accept the possibility of installation by the customer.
Do you supply installation instructions?
A: Yes, installation instructions are supplied with products. They can be also downloaded online from the ALSANIT website.
Are the cubicles available for immediate delivery?
A: We manufacture custom-made toilet cubicles, which requires waiting for the manufacture.
What is the waiting time for the manufacture?
A: By default, the waiting time for the manufacture of cubicles is 14 days; however seasonally, especially in July and August, it can be extended.
Are the dimensions stated in the documentation enough for the manufacture?
A: The manufacture of cubicles requires the dimensions of the rooms to be measured directly on site, after the top coat of the wall finish has been applied.
Do you have the necessary approvals?
A: ALSANIT is one of few companies in the industry that holds CE certification, which approves cubicles for marketing across the EU. All necessary approvals and certificates are available on the ALSANIT website.
How do I order?
A: The purchaser can accept the quotation only by placing the order in a written form. E-mail is considered to be a written form. ALSANIT always sends a return confirmation of acceptance of the order.
How does the delivery take place?
A: The subject of agreement is delivered pursuant to Incoterms 2010 - EXW (Ex Works). However, we only operate on door-to-door basis, without trans-shipping.

Questions about lockers
On what does the price of lockers depend?
A: The price of the locker depends on the selected material, equipment and dimensions; however, our product range gives many options in every price range.
Is the locker lock included in the price?
A: Usually, locks are listed as separate items, because there are many options to choose from.
Is locker equipment included in the price?
A: The quotation includes a detailed specification of equipment; however, by default it only includes basic components. Due to the large number of options, the customer selects how the inside of the locker should meet their needs.
Which material for lockers should I choose?
A: If the lockers require high resistance to damage or will be used under high humidity, we recommend HPL lockers. For use in dry rooms, MFC lockers will be perfect. For customers who implement large projects or expect locker modifications to be useful in future, we recommend modular lockers with metal bodies.
Is shipment included in the price?
A: The shipping price is always stated separately from the product price. We accept that the customer might prefer to organise their shipment.
Is installation included in the price?
A: The lockers are delivered as bolted furniture, where the customer is responsible for installing them in the place of use, levelling them and fitting and installing the locks. The placement and levelling costs by ALSANIT is always given separately from the product price. We accept the possibility of installation by the customer on their own.
Are the lockers available for immediate delivery?
A: Lockers with metal bodies, depending on their equipment, can be available for immediate delivery, but this must be always agreed on with the sales department. HPL and MFC lockers are manufactured according to individual specifications.
What is the waiting time for the delivery?
A: By default, the delivery time is 4-5 weeks. The turnaround time depends on the size of project, locker equipment, custom requirements and the specific turnaround time is always stated in the quotation.
Are the dimensions stated in the documentation enough for manufacture?
A: Depending on the specification and room layout from the documentation, this may be enough; however, if for example the lockers will be placed in a recess, then room dimensions measured directly on site are required for the manufacture — after the top coat of wall finish is applied.
