Our objective is for the ALSANIT brand to become not only recognisable, but also a synonym of high-quality products. We want to set trends and participate in the creation of spaces in newly built facilities worldwide.

We want to be the company whose products are recommended with confidence and used for interior equipment worldwide.

FSC certificate

FSC - the Forest Stewardship Council, is a non-profit organisation which aims to ensure that the entire supply chain related to the wood industry meets high standards of environmental protection, equal treatment of workers and responsible use of forest resources.

It is due to such bottom-up initiatives that forests are protected and the wood industry, which is often associated with very negative impact on the environment or sometimes even over-exploitation, can be transformed to operate in a manner that ensures conservation of forest resources and unique ecosystems. The strength of FSC is that the certificate is awarded only if all entities in the supply chain also have it and observe the highest environmental standards.

ALSANIT only purchases wood-like products from FSC-certified suppliers.

PEFC certificate

Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification Schemes (PEFC) is an organisation that aims to promote sustainable forest management. PEFC is a non-profit organisation of which the solutions are used in more than 39 countries and their certification systems. The strength of PEFC are independent experts, who advise state organisations on how to manage forests and wood-based production. The objective of PEFC is to create a wood resource management system to ensure preservation of forest areas for the next generations.

The suppliers of MFC and HPL board products used by ALSANIT are PEFC-certified.

WE DEVELOP WITH OUR CUSTOMERS IN MIND

For over a decade we have been operating in the industry of built-up toilet surface systems. By completing varied orders for our customers, we continue to realise the importance of continuous technological development. To ensure high quality of the completed systems, we rely on our own solutions:

- we manufacture an extensive range of cubicle fittings,
- the aluminium profiles we design are pressed using our own dies.

We were the first company in Poland to start the manufacture of cubicles of laminated boards with a thickness of 18 mm. The application of an innovative approach and framing of every edge with a special profile enabled us to create a product that is incredibly durable and available at an advantageous price.

With our own warehouse, we have the most extensive material and finish range on the market. We develop and improve our products. In continuously monitoring the latest trends, we keep improving the appearance of the details so that our products remain an aesthetic accessory with a perfect finish for any interior.

RESEARCH IS THE BASIS FOR INNOVATION

In considering the design, we remember to ensure the required durability.

On an ongoing basis, we conduct our own quality and strength tests of components, including: hinges, locks and supports. Before we release hinges for use, they must pass testing that involves 200,000 open/close cycles. This number of closing cycles corresponds to at least 5 years of trouble-free use.

With this approach, the warranty for our products becomes a real declaration. Internal testing and quality control is and will always be the standard at our company.

PATENTS AND CERTIFICATES

For our products, we hold European Technical Assessment and CE certificate issued by Instytut Techniki Budowlanej and other necessary approvals.

Many solutions, including the SAFE FINGERS system, sets of profiles for the manufacture of lockers and fittings, are covered by patents or utility designs.

WE DEVELOP AND INVEST

CWe keep investing in the development of our new technology and machines. We select the best suppliers, purchasing all of our board processing machines from FELDER. The state-of-the-art machine park gives ALSANIT high operating efficiency and enables we meet the highest requirements.

At present we own:
- three HPL and MFC processing centres,
- two automatic panel saws and vertical saw,
- crane for collision-free loading and unloading of boards from pallets,
- two automatic straight-line edge banding machines,
- two lathes and CNC milling machine for manufacturing metal fittings.

All machines we own are characterised by:

- large working surface,
- processing on x, y, z axis,
- precision up to 0.01 mm.

With state-of-the-art machine park, we can ensure high quality of products. Our objective is that ALSANIT products best address the needs of the market and requirements of final users.

WE OPTIMISE PROCESSES

What distinguishes us are our short turnaround times. We have achieved them by monitoring operations and eliminating unnecessary activities. Whenever possible, manual processes have been replaced by automated machine operation.

In addition, we are one of few companies in the industry to have an extensive warehouse of resources, such as: HPL boards, MFC boards and aluminium profiles. Because we always have the necessary resources, we can complete orders on time as an ideal fit with the project schedule, based on the JUST IN TIME system.

Our engagement and professionalism are important too, and have been appreciated by designers and architects that need a partner to implement individual solutions.

THE FUTURE IS NOW

In the 21st century it is not enough to have state-of-the-art production equipment and experienced staff., because their interconnections and interactions are also key to competitive advantage. A unique feature of ALSANIT is the application of network-centred solutions. This means that once processed, the information is used across many positions, which saves time and prevents errors.

All our machines and stations are connected to the computer information exchange system, where the core element is the manufacturing documentation creation utility.

We also work on connecting our customers to the system, so as to achieve a higher level of response time and customer satisfaction
